A £22,000 basic salary, OTE of £42,000, with pension, critical illness, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.
As a Motability Sales Executive, customer care will always come first to you. You’ll take the time to talk to customers, build a genuine rapport and identify their exact wants and needs. A real people person, you’ll come across as effortless and genuine when talking to our customers.

To be a Motability Sales Executive, it is essential that you hold a full UK drivers' licence.
What does the role of Motability Sales Executive involve?
· You will deal with all new and used car enquiry leads, converting those appointments into sales, ensuring all sales leads are maximised
· You will be selling through volume of new and used cars, alongside upselling on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
· You will empower our disabled customers and their families, understanding their needs whilst helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience
· You will drive the sales process, from meet and greet, test drive, presentation of products and sales through to delivery and handover of the vehicle
What do you need to succeed as a Motability Sales Executive?
· Background in customer service/sales and a keen interest in the automotive industry
· The drive to hit your targets month after month - a natural people person, passionate about making our customers happy!
· Previous sales experience is favourable but not necessary, experience using computer systems is a must
