Your chance to give us some personal details and a bit of information about your skills and experience. There might be a questionnaire to complete and some competency based questions. This will require you to provide us with examples of your experience that are relevant to the role you've applied for. You might also upload your CV at this stage.
This is when our in-house Resourcing Team will carefully consider your application and review it against the job criteria to assess whether we think you're suitable for the position.
These could include numerical and verbal tests, depending on the role.
Interviews will be relevant to the role being recruited for, over the phone or face to face. We'll ask questions about you, your experience and competencies. You might also be asked to attend a second interview depending on the role you've applied for.
These are designed to evaluate competencies, behaviours and skills for some roles. They will involve a range of exercises, including role plays and presentations. The aim is to identify the abilities required to be successful in the role.
