Finance and Insurance Development Leader - Yorkshire and North Humberside

Reporting into the Group Head of Finance and Insurance we are looking for an experienced Finance and Insurance Development Leader to help drive, support and develop F&I performance in our dealerships across Yorkshire and North Humberside. You will play an integral part in ensuring that the groups Finance and Insurance performance is always meeting and exceeding targets across your dedicated region and franchises through your ability to coach and support dealership teams through the sales and finance processes. 

Working closely with the Heads of Business and Sales teams you will ensure that all F&I processes are understood and followed whilst remaining fully compliant with the FCA and office of fair trading to ensure performance and standards are always where they need to be across your dedicated region. You will be instrumental in setting objectives, identifying coaching and training requirements and creating marketing initiatives to drive sales and Finance and Insurance performance levels in conjunction with Heads of Business. 

As a Finance and Insurance Development Leader, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to; 

• Accountable for and driving Finance and Insurance performance over multiple franchises 

• Supporting and coaching dealership teams through regulatory, taxation and compliance training and the impact of this on their role 
• Enhancing the quality of the customer journey and process; ensuring quality assurance, compliance, regulatory and legal obligations are met across all interactions 
• Reviewing new or changed regulated products and owning the plan of their implementation 
• Hold regular performance reviews with dealers, sharing best practice, measuring performance against plan and overall strategy 
• To ensure the divisions Finance and Insurance performance and strategic plan is in line with divisional strategy 

Requirements to be successful in the role of Finance and Insurance Development Leader: 

• Results orientated with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding against set targets and objectives in the motor industry  
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development focus with a successful track record of leading, motivating and developing large teams of people 
• The ability to engage and influence with directors and managers at all levels across the wider business to achieve goals and objectives 
• Thorough understanding of best practice in F&I operations covering products, process and compliance
