Store Host- Part-Time 17 hours per week, weekend only.

£8,000 salary with pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, holiday's, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

Our brand new CarStore Warrington is due to open mid-October 2022, so this is the perfect opportunity to start a new career in a new team. Interviews will take place in mid July/early August with a view to starting your induction around mid-September.

As a Store Host, you’ll always put customer care and satisfaction at the top of your to do list, whilst selling as many cars as possible, and above all, having fun! What does the role of Store Host involve?

• Live and breathe incredible customer experience
• Make our store feel like a home from home for our customers, offering a cappuccino (and perhaps a cheeky biscuit) and keeping the store spick and span
• Be the first and last point of contact to our customers
• Ensure the store is maintained to high standards
• Support your fellow crew members to deliver a flawless service
• Keep our customer records on point and up to date

What do you need to succeed in the role of Store Host?

• Great chat, no matter who the customer is
• A passion for success, whatever the task may be
• IT skills
• Positivity, professionalism, and organisational prowess
• Experience of delivering jaw-droppingly good customer service
