As a Service Advisor, you’ll help us to deliver industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction. In fact, you’ll impress our customers so much with the high-level of service you consistently provide, they won’t think about going anywhere else. And, thanks to our high-levels of support and career opportunity, neither will you.
You’ll provide estimates, book and schedule-in service and repair work and accurately invoice for work carried out. Keeping customers informed and up-to-date at every stage, you’ll advise of completion times, any delays and quickly respond to any questions or queries. You’ll prioritise effectively to ensure that customer whose vehicles may need extra work are contacted in a timely manner, and advised on a recommend a course of action, maximising service department profitability. In addition you will ensure customers are fully informed of all available extras, accessories and value added products by using professional sales and customer service techniques.
As an experienced Service Advisor in the automotive industry, it goes without saying that you are a real people person, who has the confidence to quickly engage in conversation with a wide range of people, negotiate and influence situations and deliver great customer service. You’ll be a team-player who is comfortable operating in a fast paced environment where there are set processes and procedures to follow, paperwork to complete and targets to achieve.
