We have a fantastic opportunity to join growing Telesales and Retention Contact Centre as a Retention Team Leader here at Car Store Coventry.

Based within our brand new, purpose-built Car Store Telesales and Retention Centre, the Retention Team are responsible for engaging with our existing customers booking appointments for them upon request and promoting our additional products.
You will report into the Aftersales Campaign Manager and have a clear demonstrable track record of performance management through an effective coaching & leadership style within a challenging service environment.
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate, performance manage, develop and motivate a team in a fast paced, busy environment to meet or exceed service levels, targets and objectives in line with Company procedures. The successful candidate must demonstrate effective coaching and development to ensure that the team delivers excellent customer service at all times.
