Our Stratstone BMW and MINI Divisions are recruiting for a Retention Retail Team Leader. A new role within the division and part of our innovative “Retail Transformation Programme.”
Reporting directly into the Head of Business, you will be responsible for managing all retention actives across the two businesses. (BMW & MINI) This is a pivotal role within the BMW & MINI division and we are looking for experienced candidates with a finance or telesales background to bring an existing knowledge and skill set. You will set the standards for the dealership and be expected to operate at a management level, sharing information on performance, trends and opportunities, as well as making direct contact with customer retention prospects.
Monitoring existing customer finance activity, you will use internal systems, and utilise the retention reporting app, to monitor and track trends in retail retention performance. Working with the team and the Head of Business, you will identify areas of improvement and communicate retention performance and profit opportunities to ensure retention receives necessary focus and priority across business. You will perform regular reviews of retention performance across all departments. Utilising retention tools (e.g. eMaster/Reporting app), you will be able to identify customers who are in the market to renew. Creating campaigns with the Head of Business on existing stock and new brand offers that quarter and communicating these campaigns to the wider team. Your main focus will be creating a positive customer journey and ensuring that every enquiry is followed up until a conclusion is reached, all while ensuring that you meet and maintain the required standard as dictated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
