As our Customer Service Advisor you’ll be contacting our existing and prospective customers to support both the Sales and Service departments. We’re as interested in enthusiasm as we are experience, so if you’ve got the will we’ll show you the way.
You’ll be responsible for providing the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction whilst maximising every opportunity to promote relevant products and services to our customers. You’ll need confidence and great communication skills to quickly build rapport to ensure our customers have their enquiries and booking confirmations dealt with in a professional and efficient manner to meet call deadline targets.
You’ll be highly customer focused with the ability to demonstrate customer satisfaction skills as well as possessing good IT skills.
