Our Customer Experience team is growing, and we are on the lookout for individuals with sales experience who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service for our Outbound Customer Adviser role.
As our Outbound Customer Adviser, you’ll be actively contacting our existing customers whose vehicles are due for a service, MOT, follow up work along with offering and selling service plans. Customer service is key in this role to ensure we deliver the very best care to our customers through effective relationship building with customer satisfaction at the forefront of your approach.
What does the role of Customer Retention Executive involve?
- Working at a fast pace to convert calls into bookings.
- Be multi - skilled in all franchises to make sure you can answer and deal with all customer queries.
- Working towards KPI’s
- Prospecting existing Customers whose vehicles were due MOT, Service or Repair work and upselling.
- Offering and selling service plans
- Booking appointments which are made within set Dealership diaries and for the correct durations depending on the type of work needed to be carried out.
- Handling personal information
What do you need to succeed in the role of Customer Retention Executive?
- Sales Experience within a target driven environment
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail is critical
- Previous experience in a customer focused environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Quick learner – excellent with computer and systems knowledge
- Calm under pressure
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
Hybrid working role, laptop and any equipment will be provided but the ability to work from home and have internet usage is essential
