We now have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Administrator
In this position you’ll work in Sales Ledger department to ensure the efficient administration of day-to-day operations.
As an Accounts Administrator you’ll be required to ensure all manual invoices are being raised, manage the sales ledger inbox, reply to customer queries, do the monthly sales consolidations, obtaining finance clearance for sold vehicles. In addition, you’ll be required to produce regular financial reports and provide financial information to senior leaders on an ad hoc basis. You may also be required to undertake other ad hoc activities.
We are looking for a proactive candidate who is driven by success and can work under pressure in a fast-paced industry. You must be highly organised with strong attention to detail. You’ll also be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ideally, you’ll have proven experience in accounts environment and excel knowledge, however full training will be provided for the right candidate.
