For our customer service roles, automotive experience is not always required – we’re just looking for people with great customer service skills!
All our team members will be invited to attend an induction session at our Training Academy on their first day of employment, which gives a great insight into our company. Role specific training will then be given on site as you start your role, with continuous training and development opportunities throughout your career.
There may be no current vacancies open at that site, but you can register for our talent pool to be the first to hear about new opportunities as soon as they come up.

To prove your eligibility to work in the UK, you need to provide one of the following:
- Original passport showing the holder is a British or UK Colonies Citizen
- Full UK birth/adoption certificate showing at least one parent’s name

- Biometric Immigration Document certifying indefinite leave or no limit to stay in the UK
- Official document showing a permanent National Insurance number or any other documentation showing indefinite leave to remain within the UK

A recruitment day is a great opportunity for you to get in front of our recruitment team and leaders and impress them with your personality. The day will be filled with short and full interviews, group exercises and role play, and we’re looking for great customer service skills, drive, enthusiasm and a passion to succeed.
Our inductions take place at the Pendragon Training Academy in Mansfield, and will teach you all about the company and working with us. Lunch and refreshments will be provided, and if you have a long way to travel, hotel accommodation will also be provided.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer sponsorship for our Graduate Scheme. If you are applying, you must be able to demonstrate your right to live and work in the UK on a full-time basis. The UK Border Agency can offer you more advice about working in the UK as a non-EEU national. If you’re successful in reaching the assessment centre, you’ll need to provide your original passport, or other original documentation proving your eligibility to work in the UK.

When you click to apply, you’ll be asked to complete a couple of very short questionnaires to capture your skill set and ensure you meet the minimum requirements of the graduate scheme. You’ll then complete an online application form. If you’re successful at this stage, we'll invite you to complete some behavioural testing.

You’ll need a full valid EU driving licence and previous work experience under your belt – that’s essential. It doesn’t have to be selling cars, just experience of working with customers.
This is an incredibly clear, focused and purposeful Graduate Programme which is split up into three stages. You’ll be reviewed at each stage and have the opportunity to progress to the next level.
We have graduate opportunities available at dealerships across the South East, Yorkshire/Humberside, North East, North West and the Midlands. When you apply online you will be asked to indicate which region you would prefer to be based in. Specific preferences will be discussed at interview stage. Please note it is imperative that you demonstrate flexibility with regards to location as we cannot guarantee which dealership will have the demand for a graduate at any given time. We want to base you in a retailer which will maximise your potential to excel!

There are various start dates throughout the year for each region.
