Customers for either division now have the ability to book their car in for a service from the comfort of their own home, at work or even when they are on the move.
As customers are continuously looking to speed up processes and make their lives easier, both Evans Halshaw and Stratstone have realised this, and have made changes to meet customer needs. The introduction of this feature hasn't affected the other processes in place for customers to book their cars in for a service. Both phone and email options are available if they're the preferred methods of communication.
