We have Graduate opportunities available at dealerships in the South East, South West, East Midlands, West Midlands, Yorkshire/ Humberside and South Wales. You’ll be based in one of these locations, hopefully near to home. But if not, we'll offer you relocation support to help you get settled in.

What's The Process?

We use a number of selection tools to find out if you’re the right fit for our graduate programme. Each of the different stages help us to build a better picture of you – and it gives you all the opportunities you need to show us what you can do.

Throughout the process, you’ll be asked about the position you’re applying for and your reasons for choosing Pendragon. So, the more research you do, the more prepared you’ll be, and the better chance you’ll have of getting on the scheme.

Application

First things first, you’ll be asked to fill in a couple of short questionnaires and an application form. Read all of the instructions carefully, and be open and honest with your answers – you’ll be asked to expand on the answers you give throughout the process.

You’ll also need to provide us with evidence of your right to work within the UK, a full driving licence and any relevant qualifications you have.

Testing

Next up, we use something called a behavioural questionnaire, which identifies your potential strengths against the behaviours you’ll need for a role in sales. It's not about your knowledge, skills or abilities – it’s more about how you like to do things and what approach you’d take when presented with everyday situations.

Video Interview

This may sound pretty scary, but it really isn’t anything to be worried about. This is your chance to shine. Just remember to do as much research and preparation as you can and present yourself well. Before you start your video, check your background, make sure you’re in a quiet space and that you’re free from interruptions. Present yourself as you would for a face to face interview and have answers to possible questions ready.

Assessment Centre

This final stage is your opportunity to meet with our team and find out all you need to know about our business and the job you’ve applied for. It’s made up of various exercises, which could include case studies, presentations, role play or group discussions. You’ll also take part in a face to face interview, and there’ll be plenty of opportunities to ask any questions you want to ask. Sound like the right opportunity for you? Great. Let’s get started!
