Contact Centre Open Event

Based at Central Operations in Nottinghamshire, our Contact Centre is expanding to improve our customer service proposition, leading to a number of new permanent, full-time roles becoming available.

We are currently recruiting for new team members across three areas:

  • Inbound (includes Saturday mornings on a rota basis)
  • Outbound (includes evenings and Saturday mornings on a rota basis)
  • Sales Enquiry Team (includes weekends on rota and evenings)

If you're brimming with a passion for providing the best customer service possible, have the communications skills to develop a genuine rapport with callers and will go out of your way to deliver a great experience every time, then we'd love to meet you.

We're holding an Open Event on Tuesday 4th July, with slots from 12-6pm. The event will be an opportunity to meet with our Leaders, take a tour around our Contact Centre and meet the other members of our fast-moving team.

What to expect:

  • Welcome from Contact Centre Leaders
  • 30 minute panel interviews with department Leaders
  • 30 minute sit down with your future team
  • It is expected you will be with us for about an hour

Our Contact Centre team is based just off Jct 27 of the M1, with on-site gym, cafe and free parking.
